Route to California City (L71)

For the MYF dudes, Tony and I are kicking around the following  route to California City from MFY (MAP below)

• to VPSMS (Solidad), 
• up the coast to just before Palomar
• to the TANNR intersection (just south of French Valley (F70))
• through R-2515 over Edwards AFB (Class D up to 4800 ft)
• to L71.  

This will put us directly through the R-2515 restricted area.  This is OK if permission is granted by Joshua Approach on 126.1.  (or 133.65)

If we can't do that one alternate route could be:

• to TANNR
• Palmdale VORTAC  (PMD) 114.5 (314 deg)
• Take V-197 to JERID intersection (298 deg/ 21 nm)
• Just before intersection you could take the 030 deg radial from Lake Hughes VORTAC (LHS) to Mojave (MHV) (Class D 4800)
• to California City (L71)
