We now have six rooms reserved for the following people: Tony Tex w/1 bed; Jim Newport w/1 bed; Bob Werve 2/ beds; Bret Strain w/2 beds; Tracy Trent w/2 beds; and Steve Kennedy w/2 beds.
Rooms rates: single bed $59, double bed $64. Dates: 3 nights, arrive July 9th, depart July 12th. Cancellations accepted up to April 9th.
I'm still on the motels notification list for cancellations, but with some wanting to pair up with another pilot, I doubt if we'll need more rooms.

Tentatively we have eight people with five planes planning on flying
