Hello Everyone,

We had six people in four planes make the Santa Paula Fly-In (SZP) on
12/16/07.

Dennis Cullum in a RV3 flew out of SDM. From MYF was Chris Maier in a
Piper Cherokee 180, Mike Schmied & Chris Claborne in a Cardinal 177RG, and
Jim Newport & Tony Tex in a Skymaster C-337.

We couldn't have asked for better weather. It was a beautiful CAVU day
with calm winds all the way from San Diego to SZP.

We had a great time "hanger flying" over breakfast at the Logsdon
Restaurant solving the problems with the 787,  the Airbus A380 and China
polluting the world. Now all we have to do is invite Boeing, Airbus and
China to come to one of our Fly-Ins and listen to our solutions. Maybe we
should invite Al Gore to attend with China.

Our webmaster, Chris Claborne took some pics and will has posted them here.

We did not heard any complaints or grumbles when we used 123.45.

As far as weather was concerned, it was one of the best days we've had,
especially during our "winter" season.

Next Fly-In is to Flabob (RIR) on Sun, Jan 20th.

Best of clear skies and tailwinds,

Tony Tex
